1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of freshshirts.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Products and fulfillment
Our products are printed and shipped on demand by a third-party fulfillment partner. Because each item is made to order, production time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Product images are representations. Actual color may vary slightly between screens and printed garments, and between garment batches.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise displayed. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Payment is processed by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
5. Returns and claims
Returns, refunds and claims are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt, and we do not offer size exchanges. Please check the size guide before ordering.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text and images on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced, resold or used to create derivative works without written consent.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with its operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
