1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and FRESHSHIRTS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your use of freshshirts.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Products and fulfillment
Our products are printed and shipped on demand by a third-party fulfillment partner. Because each item is made to order, production time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Product images are representations. Actual color may vary slightly between screens and printed garments, and between garment batches.
We sell and ship within the United States only.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise displayed. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Payment is processed by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
5. Returns and claims
Returns, refunds and claims are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: because every item is printed for your order, we do not accept physical returns. Claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items, and for parcels lost in transit, must be submitted within 4 weeks and are resolved free of charge, by replacement or refund. If you ordered the wrong size, we will reprint the design in another size for $20 including shipping. Please check our size chart before ordering.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text and images on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced, resold or used to create derivative works without written consent.
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, contact us at support@freshshirts.com with details and we will investigate promptly.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with its operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR IN OUR RETURN POLICY, OUR PRODUCTS AND THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or out of your purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each of us consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
