FRESHSHIRTS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us” or “our”), operates the website at https://freshshirts.com (the “Service”). This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.
By using the Service you agree to this policy. Terms used here have the meanings given in our Terms and Conditions.
Who this Service is for
The Service is intended for residents of the United States. We ship only within the United States and do not offer our products for sale outside it. We are not targeting, and do not knowingly market to, individuals in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order information — your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, telephone number if you provide one, and the contents of your order.
- Account information — if you create an account, your username, email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form), and your order history.
- Messages you send us — the contents of emails you send us and of conversations you have with us through the chat widget on the Service.
- Marketing sign-ups — your email address, if you choose to subscribe to our email list.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Service, our servers and the third-party services listed below may record your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, how long you spend on each page, and the site that referred you.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser. We use them to keep your shopping cart and session working, to remember your cookie-consent choice, and — with your consent — to measure how the Service is used.
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Service to function; without them the cart and checkout will not work. Analytics cookies are optional. You can manage your choice through the cookie banner on the Service or by instructing your browser to refuse cookies, though refusing all cookies will prevent parts of the Service from working.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry standard for how a website should respond to that signal, and the Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can control optional tracking through our cookie banner instead, as described above.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to handle returns and replacements.
- To send you transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping notifications and tracking information.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send you marketing email, if and only if you have asked to receive it.
- To understand how the Service is used, so we can improve it.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the Service secure.
- To keep the business records we are required by law to keep.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share your information with
We share personal information with the service providers below, only to the extent each one needs it to do its job for us. Each is bound to use it for that purpose only.
- Printify — our print and fulfillment partner. Receives your name, shipping address and order contents in order to produce and ship your order, and returns tracking information to us.
- WooPayments (Automattic Inc.) — our payment processor. Receives your payment and billing details in order to charge you, and uses Stripe as its underlying processing partner.
- Affirm — if you choose to pay over time at checkout, Affirm receives the information it needs to evaluate and service that financing. Affirm is a lender and handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay — if you pay with either express method, Apple or Google transmits a payment token together with the contact and shipping details held in your device wallet to us and to our payment processor.
- AfterShip — provides the shipment tracking pages linked from our shipping notifications.
- Brevo — sends our transactional and marketing email on our behalf, and therefore processes your email address.
- Tidio — powers the chat widget on the Service, and processes the contents of chat conversations together with technical details such as your IP address.
- Google Analytics (via the MonsterInsights plugin) — measures how the Service is used. Collected only where you have consented to analytics cookies.
- CookieYes — records and stores your cookie-consent choice.
- Our hosting provider — stores the Service and its database, including order and account records, on our behalf.
These providers operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
Payments
Payments are processed by WooPayments, operated by Automattic Inc., which uses Stripe as its underlying processing partner. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers on our servers. Your card details are transmitted from your browser directly to the processor, which is responsible for handling them in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, together with limited details such as the last four digits of the card and the billing address.
Where available, you may also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay, or finance your purchase over time through Affirm. If you choose Affirm, your application is made to Affirm and not to us: Affirm decides whether to offer you financing and services the balance under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive only confirmation that the purchase has been paid for.
Other circumstances in which we may disclose information
- When the law requires it — in response to a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or where disclosure is required by law.
- To protect rights and safety — where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, the public or us.
- In a business transfer — if we sell, merge or transfer all or part of our business or its assets, customer information may be among the assets transferred. We will require the recipient to honour this policy, or we will notify you so you can make a choice.
Reviewing, changing and deleting your information
If you have an account, you can review and change your name, email address, password and addresses at any time by signing in at https://freshshirts.com/my-account/.
Whether or not you have an account, you may email us at the address below to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy of it;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete your account and your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law, such as records of completed orders needed for tax and accounting purposes.
We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.
To stop receiving marketing email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing message, or email us. Transactional messages about an order you have placed are not marketing, and we will continue to send those until your order is complete.
How long we keep your information
- Order records — kept for as long as needed to support the order and then to satisfy tax, accounting and legal requirements.
- Account records — kept until you ask us to delete the account.
- Chat conversations and support email — kept while needed to resolve your question and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference.
- Marketing list — kept until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data — kept according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Security
The Service is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, account passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes, and administrative access is protected by two-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and while we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Links to other sites
The Service contains links to sites we do not operate, including our shipment tracking pages and the sites of the service providers named above. If you follow such a link, you will be taken to that third party’s site, and this policy no longer applies. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Purchases through the Service may only be made by individuals aged 18 or over, or by a minor with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Changes take effect when posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If we make a change that materially reduces the protection of information we already hold about you, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

If you have any question about this policy, or if you want to exercise any of the choices described above, email us at support@freshshirts.com and we will get back to you.
