Every shirt we print is the Gildan 64000 Unisex Softstyle, in every design and every colour. So you only ever have to work your size out once.
Measurements
All figures are in inches, and they are the measurements of the garment laid flat — not of your body. Use the last column to pick a size from your own chest measurement.

Body length is measured from the high point of the shoulder straight down to the hem at the back. Chest (flat) is measured across the shirt one inch below the armhole — so a shirt measuring 22 inches across is 44 inches all the way round. Sleeve length is measured from the centre of the back of the neck, across the shoulder, to the sleeve hem.
These are the manufacturer’s own specifications. Garments are cut and sewn, so expect up to about half an inch of variation either way on any individual shirt.
The quickest way to get this right
Find a t-shirt you already own and like the fit of. Lay it flat, smooth out the wrinkles, and measure straight across from armpit to armpit. Compare that number to the Chest (flat) column above and order the size that matches. This beats measuring yourself, because it tells you about the fit you actually want rather than the one a chart thinks you should have.
How this shirt fits
The Softstyle is a lighter, modern-cut tee rather than a boxy heavyweight. It is cut closer through the body than an old-fashioned heavy cotton shirt, so if you prefer a relaxed fit, or you are between two sizes, take the larger one. It is also pre-shrunk ringspun cotton, so it will not change size dramatically in the wash — wash cold and it will hold its shape.
